Make a free card without an account: inputs stay in your browser and the form is cleared when the card is made. We don’t keep those inputs. Optional saved responsibility cases use hosting and storage providers; read our vendor and encryption details.

We don’t work with your employer. We don’t send your role case to employers or teammates.
Your case is private to your account, separate from any team workspace. Drafts stay in page memory until you review and choose to save. Saving keeps only your latest intake; you can delete it in the app. You choose whether to discuss your evidence yourself.
Do not enter employer or client names, personal identifiers, or confidential details. We do not automatically redact free text. No résumé upload or ZIP/postal code is requested; an optional broad work region is enough.

Describe your current title and responsibilities, their scope and frequency, the impact you observed, and sanitized evidence. Compare that work with the expectations of a possible next-level role, identify gaps, and prepare a concrete conversation.
